Besides the Law Library, two original courtrooms and the Mural Room, the Hall of Records is the most ornately decorated space of the Santa Barbara Courthouse.

In addition to serving on the Courthouse Legacy Foundation Board of Trustees and Events Committee Carol Fell is a long time community volunteers serving on other Boards and Committees including the Junior League, Assistance League, Planned Parenthood Choice Affairs, Alzheimer’s Women’s Committee, and Women’s Fund Group Chair.
